PAYMENT

All values of currency on this site are in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Payment is taken over a secure connection and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web. 

It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from Lamarque Ltd until full payment has been received.

Once your order has been received and payment has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.

VAT

All prices shown on the website exclude VAT which will be automatically added to the items in your shopping basket. VAT is charged at the UK standard rate of 20%. 

OUT OF STOCK/SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Goods are subject to availability.  Please allow Special Order items to take approximately 2 weeks from order date for delivery. 

SHORTAGES/DAMAGED GOODS/RETURNS

All goods received must be inspected on delivery; claims for shortages/faulty or damaged goods must be made within 24 hours.

Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and, for cosmetic products, are only accepted for goods that are faulty. 

PROFESSIONALS/TRADE

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. Lamarque accepts no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision, using or misusing equipment/products supplied by Lamarque / Jaguar.
