Refund policy
All goods received must be inspected on delivery; claims for shortages/faulty or damaged goods must be made within 24 hours.
Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and, for cosmetic products, are only accepted for goods that are faulty.All other products that are not cosmetic can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If products are faulty/damaged evidence must be provided and goods must be returned to Lamarque Ltd in original packaging (where possible) so that they can be inspected before any replacement products are sent out.
Any refund offered are for the goods only, postage will not be refunded.
