Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery Service (2 – 4 Days)

Orders placed before 3.00pm (Monday-Friday) subject to your payment being processed and stock availability, will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 3.00pm, on Bank Holidays or Weekends will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Orders must be placed by 1pm. Subject to your payment being processed and stock availability,  your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day for guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery. Orders placed after 1.00pm, on Bank Holidays or Weekends will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

No orders are processed or dispatched on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Our preferred carriers are Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, MyHermes. We may decide to use other carriers at our discretion.

All Standard Delivery consignments will be delivered to your specified ‘delivery’ address between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery consignments will be delivered Monday to Friday only, between the hours of 7am and 9pm (times may vary depending on delivery service provider).

Any Item not received must be reported to us within 7 days of the date of dispatch confirmation email. Claims for non receipt will not be accepted after this time.

To ensure we offer a safe and efficient service you will be required to be able to accept the goods when the courier attempts to deliver, please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your order. If for any reason a delivery is not possible between the above hours, your order may be left with a neighbour or taken to the local depot of the delivery service provider. A card will be left for you giving location of parcel or further instructions.

Please note that during busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch and/or delivery of your order.
